How much cotton candy will Flossugar make?

1 ounce of Flossugar will yield approximately 1 serving or 1 cone of cotton candy. So one 1/2 Gallon carton of Flossugar will yield approximately 50-70 servings, depending on the operator.

How much Flossine do I need?

1 – 2 Tablespoons of Flossine should be used per 10# of sugar in mixing. Just a note: A coarse sugar (like Flossugar) is better to use than table sugar.

      It all depends on the “heap” of flossine. Typically, there are 4 grams in a teaspoon, and 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon. So if you did math that way there would be about 12 grams in a tablespoon. However, salt weighs more than sugar and water weighs more than salt. So it would all just depend. I’m sorry I don’t know how to give a direct answer to this… I can go get a heaping tablespoon and measure it but it would be different than your own heaping tablespoon. I hope this helps! Good luck!
