I need to you to be honest with me - on a scale fr I need to you to be honest with me - on a scale from 1 to 10 - what’s your frustration level when you peel hard boiled eggs???? I used to reach LEVEL 10 😡blood-boiling-smash-the-egg-between-my-fingers mad! Every now and again, I’d find an easy-to-peel egg. But more often than not, peeling them was so frustrating!! I don’t have the patience for picking away stubborn egg shells that take half the egg white with them.So, SEVEN years ago, we set out on a hard boiled egg adventure - and we discovered some great tips, tricks, and methods for RELIABLE hard boiled eggs.But let’s start here - how frustrated do you get from hard-to-peel eggs???? Cool as a cucumber - LEVEL ONE? Or smashed eggs flying around the kitchen - LEVEL TEN??
