Chocolate Dipped Tangerines

We simply peeled our tangerines, melted chocolate apeels from Gygi, and got to work dipping the tangerine slices.


We topped them off with sprinkling them with a garnish of sea salt or crystallized sugar and placed them to cool on parchment paper. This process only took about 5 minutes!

As the tangerines would need to be eaten up within a day or so we wanted to keep portion sizes small, so we used these little candy boxes, which fit the perfect amount, and cute packaging always makes such a difference!

These are great for a chic place settings, a cute party favor, or a holiday gift to bring into the office.
