The Blyss girls are baaaaaack. They joined us in the Gygi kitchen making some batches of their gorgeous chocolate sugar cookies, complete with icing. We’ve broken it down into three different classes. And it’s all here for you to enjoy and decorate right alongside with them.
These two sisters, Jeanette and Laurie, have been a part of the Gygi tradition for a while, and every time they bring around another set of cookies, we are ecstatic to see the craft and care they put into these gorgeous treats. We often have to tell people that they are real cookies, they’re *almost* too beautiful to eat. This set is particularly stunning as it resembles a box of beautiful chocolates but in chocolate sugar cookie form.

To find the recipe for the chocolate sugar cookie dough as well as the icings, check out their blog. They’ve updated to include some really fun flavors, and they have graciously written out the best tips to excel at gorgeous sugar cookies.
