Recipe For Sesame Ginger Salad

This winter has been a strange one all across the country. Is anyone else is ready for spring? I definitely am so I thought I’d kick off the week with one of my favorite spring salads: Sesame Ginger.

One of the things that I love about salads is that you get to choose how much of each ingredient to put in. We could all make the same recipe, but each salad would be slightly unique.

Sesame Ginger Salad:

Since this isn’t a recipe of measurements, here’s a list of ingredients and you decide how much to put in:

  • Spinach
  • Rotini Pasta that has been cooked
  • Shredded Chicken
  • Roasted Almonds
  • Blueberries
  • Mandarin Oranges

Toss it all together with Sesame Ginger dressing and you’re done! Simple and delicious!

Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing:

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger (fresh is best)
  • 2 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard

Mix all ingredients together and pour over salad.

Enjoy your week!
