2-Ingredient Pumpkin Donuts

Make your holiday mornings a little easier with a 2-ingredient pumpkin donut recipe!

Just a 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree and a box of cake mix (we used yellow) is all you need to make this treat.

Preheat your oven to 400º F. Mix your ingredients until smooth. Grease your donut pan and spoon in mixture until your fill the cavity a little over half way. You can pipe the mixture into your pan for a cleaner work, but the idea of these donuts are to make your life EASIER! Bake for 8-10 minutes. You can tell they are done by pressing your finger on the top of the donut. Wait until it’s cool before removing it from the pan.

Top with cinnamon and sugar, powdered sugar, a glaze, or a chocolate ganache. Serve the same day!
