SWEET BBQ RUB
Ingredients
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 Tablespoon coarse sea salt
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients for the rub. Stir well to combine and store in an airtight container. The spice mix will last in your cupboard for up to a month. Perfect for low and slow BBQ.
CITRUS SWEET PEPPER SEAFOOD RUB

2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon paprika
zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
1. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients for the rub. Stir well to combine and use immediately to season fish, pork, or chicken.
SMOKY STEAK RUB
Ingredients
2 Tablespoon fresh cracked black pepper
2 Tablespoon kosher salt
2 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 Tablespoon crushed coriander seeds (not ground)
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to combine. Press into steaks or use as desired. Store unused rub in an airtight container for several weeks. Great on steaks, burgers, or anything beef.
